Catskill Tiny Homes are constructed from Conex box one trip sea containers, which are the best of the best in the industry. Life span of a shipping container is well over 50 years with proper maintenance

The Tiny Home is built to code for insulation, electric and plumbing and comes with a stamped set of engineered plans

The Tiny home is delivered to our facility, we power wash completely, cut the door and window openings, weld in the window frame supports.

The Tiny Home is then paint with Sherwin Williams paint ; the roof is reflective painted with silver coating to keep more energy efficient.

Windows and doors are energy efficient; they are mounted, sealed and water tested before construction of the interior is started

The interior is built with all 2x4 wood studs, 2x6 ceiling joist, ½ inch sheet rock taped, spackled and primed , green water proof board in bathroom and kitchen sink area

Electrical service of 200 amps and all necessary wiring is installed

Plumbing for all the fixtures is installed and tested prior to finishing work is done

Insulation is closed cell spray foam, with a R factor of 19-22 on the walls and R49 on the ceiling

Camera system with 4 cameras installed with remote access on your phone

Alarm system is setup with protection for all windows, doors and motion detection and a cellular central station transmitter with remote access to monitor

HAVC system is electric 2 head mini split 18,000 BTU System with heat pumps and remote access

Hot water is an electric tank-less water heater

Fixtures included complete kitchen , cabinets and counter top, sink and faucet, electric stove, refrigerator, standalone microwave, coffee maker, full set of pots pans, serving for 4 plates and utensils

Bathroom includes, stand up shower, toilet, sink and vanity, medicine cabinet, towels, exhaust fan and an electric stacked washer and dryer

Bedroom includes full size bed with under storage, dresser, end table, lamp, sheets, pillows, bed spread, ceiling fan and wall mounted clothes rack

Living room comes with flat screen wall mounted TV , couch, under tv table, ceiling fan and portable cart on wheels

The Mini home comes ready to hook up to your water supply, your septic system, your electric service and your WIFI. This is your responsibility and is not in included
